Shopping, Returns, and Repairs

Shipping Fee

  • Outside promotional periods, orders below NT$1,000 are charged a NT$100 shipping fee.
  • Hong Kong orders are shipped by SF Express with freight collected on delivery.

Order Notes

If you pay by credit card and the order shows payment pending or payment failed, please check whether your card was charged. If no charge was made, the admin system cannot add a later payment to that order. Please place a new order.

Product Notes

  • Product measurements are taken after the item is laid flat naturally, before washing, ironing, or pressing.
  • Fabric structure, stretch, washing treatment, and measurement starting point may create small size differences. Please refer to the actual product.
  • Cotton woven items may shrink after washing. Please consider shrinkage when purchasing.
  • Hand washing is recommended for cotton items. If machine washing, please use a laundry bag.
  • Avoid tumble drying cotton items, as it may cause shrinkage and fabric damage.
  • Gently arrange and lay items flat while drying. Avoid pulling strongly to prevent deformation.
  • Avoid high-temperature washing and long soaking to reduce shrinkage and color transfer.
  • Color may vary by display and device settings. Please refer to the actual product received.

Return Window

  • A 7-day inspection period is provided, including holidays. This is a consideration period, not a trial-use period.
  • After the period, return requests cannot be accepted. If an opened or used product loses completeness and resale value, it cannot be returned.
  • Please provide return product information, purchase time, and order number through the official website order message, LINE official account @816qeamr, or the HiBOU Facebook page.
  • Returned products must be new and complete, including inner and outer packaging and gifts. Products with stains, wear, odor, missing parts, damage, or lost packaging cannot be accepted.
  • Please return products in the original carton or shipping bag. If the original package is lost or damaged, wrap the product properly. Do not attach shipping labels or write directly on the product box.
  • Custom products cannot be returned, including sleepers with added snaps or buttons, special-size custom products, and specially printed products.

Repairs

  • If a product needs repair after use, please contact us with product information, purchase time, and order number through the official website contact form, LINE official account @816qeamr, or the HiBOU Facebook page.
  • Repair fees are evaluated according to the product condition. Round-trip shipping is paid by the customer and handled by parcel delivery.

Invoice Notes

  • If the buyer and recipient are different, or if the order is a gift and the e-invoice needs separate handling, please leave a note and provide the invoice carrier number.
  • Invoices are not mailed separately.
