HiBOU Will Not Ask You To Do These Things
- Follow ATM or online banking instructions to cancel installments, cancel a charge, or re-verify an order.
- Provide a full credit card number, bank account password, SMS verification code, or OTP.
- Transfer money to a personal bank account said to belong to customer service.
- Download an unfamiliar app, join an unfamiliar group, or enable remote assistance.
Verify Before You Respond
If HiBOU needs to confirm an order, the conversation should focus on the product, recipient information, payment status, or delivery status. HiBOU will not ask for unrelated financial passwords or verification codes.
If the caller knows your name, order details, or purchased product, that still does not prove the caller is official staff. Please contact HiBOU through an official channel instead of returning a suspicious call directly.
